Tameka Williams
Tameka Williams is the Founder of Culturally Connected Homeschoolers. Tameka began homeschooling officially in 2012, after working in corporate America for many years. She is a mom to two amazing children, Israel and Isabella. Israel aka Izzy loves baseball, math and science, he is humble, kind, and energetic! Isabella aka Bella loves gymnastics, tennis, art, designing, and culinary arts; she is full of kindness, love and creativity! They both enjoy observing their mom assisting other families in homeschooling. Her husband, Cory, is a major supporter of their family’s goals in homeschooling ( He assisted Tameka in the creation of the name CCH)! Tameka established this community after being apart of and leading other local homeschool groups since 2012. In early 2017, she shared her dynamic vision and innovative goals with like-minded families in the area. By the summer of 2017, after strategic planning, local families decided to join her in building this community. Tameka’s vision was to make sure families are able to connect together, in an affordable, diverse, and unified environment.
